Proverbs 18:16 declares, “A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before the great.” 

At its core, this proverb echoes a timeless truth: your unique abilities, when diligently honed and shared, pave the way for unprecedented opportunities and relationships. Dreams and abilities need to align because doubt and insecurity will rob you from the manifestation of the divine blueprint your dream carries. The fact that it’s a dream means the possibility exists.

The original Hebrew text uses the word “מתן“ (Matan) for “gift,” which can be understood as an innate skill or talent as much as a physical offering. It promises that such a gift doesn’t just make “room” but actually carves out a space—both metaphorically and literally. To carve out is a creation act. By doing so, it allows you to stand in the presence of “the great,” which could mean influential people, significant opportunities, or life-altering circumstances and explosions of your close knit dreams.

This proverb holds a powerful insight for those who dare to dream big. It suggests that the path to the greatness of your dream is unlocked not just by dreaming, but by entangling those dreams through the use of our abilities as sons in the Kingdom of Yahweh. To align dreams with belief, your “מתן“ (Matan) promises to make way into rooms you never thought you’d enter.

In Ephesians 3:20 “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us…”

These words resonate as a divine affirmation that dreaming big is not only allowed but encouraged in your spiritual journey. When we align our gifts, as described in Proverbs 18:16, with the dreams which stir in our hearts, we unlock a synergistic force exceeding our human limitations. Beyond human, impossible, unreachable, unattainable, become stepping stones in your ancient pathway of destiny fulfilled.

Paul’s message in Ephesians 3:20 amplifies the wisdom from Proverbs by reminding us when our gifts surrendered to your mountain, the possibilities become “far more abundant” and achievable than we could ever imagine. The “power at work within us” is our Elohim bloodline as sons of God, quickened by the Spirit to line up with the impossible in you makes room for you and brings you before greatness… because greatness is in you. When these beliefs are acted upon, your God created dreams are elevated and expanded in ways that are beyond human comprehension.

The intersection of Proverbs 18:16 and Ephesians 3:20 offers a profound insight: our gifts are not merely for personal elevation but are meant to be aligned with dreams that co create with Jesus. When you realise your dream is what Yahweh wants to create, when alignment sparks, we step into a realm of possibilities and abilities that exceed our wildest imaginations. We start to operate in a dimension where the constraints of the natural world give way to the abundance of the spiritual realm, living untethered from the physical, manifesting divinity. So, dreaming big becomes not just an act of personal ambition, but a spiritual pursuit of your mountain that, when fused with your unique gifts, gifts are keys to unlock the reality of your co creating dreams, invites you into a divine adventure of limitless possibilities.

Through the above, we arrive at an invigorating conclusion through Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This statement serves as the ultimate seal of a divine affirmation of our ability to dream big and to ascend our mountain to achieve those dreams. It’s not just about the power within us or the gift that makes room for us; it’s about the divine strength, our bloodline, who we are as sons that fuels and multiplies these assets, making the impossible possible.

Philippians 4:13 is the cornerstone that binds the potential of our gifts (Proverbs 18:16) with the audacity of our dreams (Ephesians 3:20). It reassures us that the alignment is the unfolding of divine orchestration. 

Therefore, when your dreams seem overwhelmingly ambitious or the road ahead looks impossible, take refuge in the promise through Jesus, you have the divine structure to make those dreams a reality. For in Christ, the impossible becomes not only probable, but attainable, it is DONE.
