Welcome to our next blog. For those new to the blog and groups, we focus on the Hebrew aspect of the scriptures. Knowledge of the Hebrew language is not a requirement to be part of this journey, however, it will inspire you to know more. If you are new to the Hebrew Letters, below is a link to the last blog on the Living Letters. Within that blog are the links to all the letters. (LINK) When you look to the right of the blog you’ll see categories that you can browse. There’s no specific starting point, but i do suggest you work through the Hebrew Letters. The blog and the Wednesday group activation goes hand in hand.
The podcast for the blog appears at the end of the blog. The Throne Room engagement recordings are added on Mondays, so when you go to the previous blogs you’ll find them below the podcast. Not all engagement recordings are public so they are only accessible through the blog. Thank you for being part of the journey.
What is TRADING
Someone had a question regarding trading as opposed to giving, so I thought I’d post it here for everyone.
There are many facets to this diamond so I’ll focus on some of it. Trading doesnt replace giving, at least in my view. Trading operates in the realm of sonship and has to do with inheritance. Whenever the patriachs (Abraham etc) had an encounter with Yahweh, they would build an altar to sacrifice. The altar acts as a trading floor, the sacrifice as a trade. They saw VALUE in the encounter and revelation they experienced and therefor built an altar (stepped onto a trading floor), and sacrificed something of value, an animal etc (traded into the experience and revelation). A trade is about honoring, worship and placing value on what was experienced, releasing the inheritance embedded in it. We have this idea that everything in the spirit is for free, it’s not the case. The cross paid the debt and gave us free access, but theres always a sacrifice involved…salvation still requires a sacrifice. You might not have to pay the price that Jesus did, but you still have to trade your old life for the new…why…because you place value on it. When you place value on something you trade into it to unlock realms of your sonship and inheritance in Christ. As you place value on it you make it your own to manifest in and through you. It’s not complicated, if you place value on a church service and the gathering of the saints in which ever format you participate, you’ll get up out of bed to go. You will receive something because you traded into it. Trust the explanation helps.
Mystic Realms of the Hebrew word: תְּהוֹם (tehôm) The DEEP
When deep calls unto deep is a phrase that continues to create an insatiable hunger and a stirring to continue the adventure for more. More of Jesus, more of the kingdom, more of who I am in Him. the deeper I go, the more lost I become in the תְּהוֹם (tehôm) of His presence. It is a never ending realm shrouded with mystery and intrigue. The more you experience, the more you desire, the more you chase.
The definition of תְּהוֹם (tehôm) is fascinating on its own.
Dictionary of Biblical Languages with Semantic Domains: Hebrew (Old Testament) תְּהוֹם (tehôm)
the deep, the depths, i.e., an area below the surface of bodies of water, a dark, inaccessible, inexhaustible, and mysterious place controlled only by objects with vast powers, deep springs, i.e., a body of water which comes out of the earth.
Don’t you just love the mystery, a realm controlled by objects with vast powers? As a treasure hunter of mysteries, that phrase piques my curiosity into extra dimensions. During the week I came across a quote posted on FB: Don’t seek the paths of the ancients, seek what the ancients sought. Such a powerful quote. Don’t get caught chasing fruit, chase the substance.
Genesis 49:25 NIV
25 because of your father’s God, who helps you, because of the Almighty, who blesses you with blessings of the skies above, blessings of the deep springs below, blessings of the breast and womb.
Seek the God (Yahweh) of the deep, and the deep will unfold to you. תְּהוֹם (tehôm) contains what it locked up in the heart of Yahweh, it is not separate but deeply integrated within Him. Relationship, intimacy, the bliss, and wonder of being consumed by Him.
Deuteronomy 33:13 NIV
13 About Joseph he said: “May the Lord bless his land with the precious dew from heaven above and with the deep waters that lie below.’’
From within תְּהוֹם (tehôm) are the mysteries of abundance. When the heart of Yeshua unfolds, it reveals a treasure chest of blessings, an abundance entrenched in inheritance towards the sons of God.
When you meditate on תְּהוֹם, you enter an exquisite silence, a vast and roaring surge of holy awe.
It is a sacred place commanding authenticity, stripping away all standing in the way of who you are in Yahweh.
Tahom תְּהוֹם opens a realm not to be taken lightly or frivolously. It is a dimension that does not bow to expectations or facade or religion. We cannot buy it. You cannot fully search it out. But… you can behold it. You can honour it. You can enter and journey through it. It is the oneness and unity it has with Yahweh that releases its treasures and paths of discovery.
Within תְּהוֹם is a transformative process that, when surrendered to, connects you with unlimited supply and deeply rooted resources. For anything to have the quality of depth, it needs to be forged with sacrifice, surrender, with endurance and over the expanse of time.
There is often a tendency to move from one area to another, the next, the new, the latest. This mindset does not establish much, as you continuously search for other than what you faced with and where you are at. What I have found through the years of engaging with תְּהוֹם, what is often yearned for and attempted to be got by continuously moving to the ‘next’ or essentially out of the place where you are at, will actually remain in that very place, while instead, going deeper.
How do you enter and cultivate the realm of תְּהוֹם?
The key is locked up in the very fabric of its design. Even to its very structure comprising 4 letters תְּהוֹם embodies a door.
Tav – Covenant, a bridging into original design
Hey – The breath and blueprint of the beginning
Vav – Man, the connection point of above and below
Mem – The mystery
Within תְּהוֹם is both mystery and searching out that encircles the same process. A momentum unveiled within its design. Remaining there, trusting, desiring, surrendering too and cultivating the awareness of being one with Him.
Job 38:16 NIV
16 “Have you journeyed to the springs of the sea or walked in the recesses of the deep?’’
In this scripture, Yahweh is actually trying to jolt Job’s memory and bring to remembrance what he used to do. Job journeyed and walked to the deepest recesses. How incredibly exciting is the realisation to journey with Yahweh into the recesses of the deep. The chambers and pathways within Him and within all of creation can be explored now and for eternity.
Psalm 33:7 NIV
7 He gathers the waters of the sea into jars; he puts the deep into storehouses.
Proverbs 8:27 NIV
27 I was there when he set the heavens in place, when he marked out the horizon on the face of the deep,
Deuteronomy 8:7 NIV
7 For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land—a land with brooks, streams and deep springs gushing out into the valleys and hills;
As a New Creation being, the mystery in תְּהוֹם unfolds a sacred place to live from. When you engage with and live from the position of תְּהוֹם in Yahweh, you establish and connect to everlasting streams of supply, trust and fulfilment. It is the realm where Yahweh relates to you from His תְּהוֹם – where deep calls unto deep, a place of abundance, depth, everlasting resources that never run dry.
