Frequencies of Wisdom – Treasures of Wisdom

Colossians 2:2–3 (NIV)

My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Have you ever pondered the question: What are the treasures of Wisdom.

Colossians 2:2–3 (TPT)

I am contending for you that your hearts will be wrapped in the comfort of heaven and woven together into love’s fabric. This will give you access to all the riches of God as you experience the revelation of God’s great mystery—Christ. For our spiritual wealth is in him, like hidden treasure waiting to be discovered—heaven’s wisdom and endless riches of revelation knowledge.

Both in the NIV and TPT, calls us to a journey of the heart, where we’re entwined in love and nudged towards a depth of understanding that unravels the mystery of  Yahweh, and more precisely, Christ. In Jesus, we find ourselves in the midst of a treasure hunt, except, we’re not looking for gold or jewels, but wisdom. The wealth we find in Him isn’t just tangible, but it’s as real as the air we breathe – full of heaven’s wisdom and endless riches of revelation knowledge.

Wisdom has her own treasure room.

Matthew 13:52 NIV

He said to them, “Therefore every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.”

Just imagine that for a moment! It’s like stepping into the ultimate library of understanding, with treasures old and new waiting for us to discover and comprehend.

This reminds me of a term in Hebrew – ‘אוֹצָר‘ (ʾô·ṣār) – which is used in various contexts in the Old Testament. It means a storeroom holding valuables or an arsenal room, but interestingly, it’s also used as a figurative extension of blessing and prosperity. So when we think of wisdom having her own treasure room, we think of it as a storeroom of the ancient mysteries of the mind of Yeshua. And when we tap into this wisdom, we’re tapping into an unfathomable source of wealth and understanding.

I’m so thankful for Jesus. As the gate, we gain access to these unimaginable and yet attainable treasures. If the Bible is the roadmap, then Jesus is the key that unlocks these storerooms of wisdom. And here’s the kicker: even books outside of the canon, like the books of Enoch, can help us understand our spiritual heritage in Christ and give us clues to navigate these ancient pathways. The Canon ( the books of the Bible that we currently know), are our foundation for moral and spiritual truth.  They are the foundation and solidify our faith that Jesus is the way and the ONLY, truth and life. The Enochian books expand on what the ancient pathways are.

Wisdom, encompasses those storerooms.

Mark 4:22 (TPT)

For there is nothing that is hidden that won’t be disclosed, and there is no secret that won’t be brought out into the light!

The depth of that mystery depends on our hunger and commitment to go deeper.

Take a moment to digest Mark 4:22 (TPT): How about that, eh? The mysteries of wisdom aren’t meant to stay hidden forever. We just need the desire and commitment to uncover them. And this idea is further cemented in Mark 4:24 (TPT):

Then he said to them, “Be diligent to understand the meaning behind everything you hear, for as you do, more understanding will be given to you. And according to the depth of your longing to understand, much more will be added to you.

It’s like a divine invitation to lean in and listen, to dig deeper, and the deeper we go, the more we find. It’s not about a cursory glance; it’s about immersing ourselves in the pursuit of wisdom.

It’s not just about seeking answers; it’s about living the questions.

So, whether we’re pouring over the canon or exploring other texts, the point is to keep seeking, keep knocking, keep desiring to understand more. After all, wisdom is waiting for us in her storeroom, eager to share her treasures.

Treasure 1

Knowledge of Divine Mysteries:

Wisdom invites you into a dance entangled in sacred pathways, each a secret set for unveiling when the heavens align with divine timing. This divine schedule is aligned with your journey of discovery, your relentless pursuit of truth. The mysteries that wisdom gently unravels are intricately woven into the celestial blueprints she ascends in the expansive ocean of the mind of Yeshua.

Treasure 2

Spiritual Enlightenment: 

a transformative, personal experience of profound understanding or awakening to the spiritual truths and insights she unveils from her divine entanglement with Him. It’s an ascended state of clarity wherein you ascend deeper, an experiential ecstasy of the divine essence that is Jesus, a divine unlocking of your reality in Him. 

As a New Creation being:

This beautiful journey invites us into a sacred dance, into the warm embrace of love, and into the arms of a deeper understanding that unravels the hidden wonder of the divine, the celestial mystery of Jesus. Can you imagine? This journey we embark on leads us to a vault brimming with treasures, an ultimate library of understanding, echoing the mysteries of the ages while whispering new revelations yet to be discovered. This is the grandeur of wisdom’s treasury. We tap into a wellspring of spiritual wealth and enlightenment. The incredible revelation is that the mysteries aren’t elusive but yearn for the light of our understanding. They respond to the hunger of our hearts, the depths of our curiosity.

The point of it all? Live the questions. Continually seek, knock, and desire to comprehend more. Wisdom awaits in her storeroom, ready to reveal her treasures. This pursuit isn’t solely about finding answers, it’s about experiencing the queries, the mystery, the journey, an adventure that spans the spiritual cosmos, where each step brings us closer to the treasures of wisdom and understanding. As we traverse this extraordinary journey, let the awe and wonder encapsulate you, leaving you astounded at the magnificence of the treasures to be found. Seek out wisdom, delve into her treasury, and stand in awe of the endless riches you’ll uncover.

Activation prayer

Jesus, my soul resonates with the kaleidoscope of treasures that are deeply ingrained within wisdom, each one intimately bound to your divine essence. My heart yearns and aches with a fervent thirst for the profound riches held in wisdom’s hands, a longing that distinguishes me from the collective hum of mankind. With a joyous sense of anticipation, I unlatch the treasure chest of my heart, poised to embrace the bounty stored within the sacred vault of wisdom.
